I. General Provisions

The website collects only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered on it.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
Personal data is used for the purpose of:
registration and verification of the User's identity,
communication with the User (livechat, contact form, etc.)
sending the newsletter (after the User agrees to receive it),
providing social services,
promotion of the Administrator's offer,
analytical and statistical activities,
establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them
payment processing
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.

The period of personal data processing is processed for a period not longer than it is necessary to implement the statutory activities of the No Shame - Bez Wstydu Foundation.

Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities providing IT services to the Administrator, entities providing accounting services to the Administrator, entities providing administrative services to the Administrator and other services related to the provision of the service, including trainers to the extent necessary to provide the training service.

The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the Users' rights will not be limited.
Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
